The office is a large multi-level living organism. There are a lot of variety of connections are formed in a new form, a component of logistics in which everyone interacts during the day,. It fulfills a number of needs: the organization of a comfortable and productive work process, enabling chaos in the accommodation of guests, a recreation area wich creates a cozy space. All this formed the basis of our project of functional zoning of the IT company's office. ( before pandemic requirements)
The main idea of this concept is the interaction of all processes that form a holistic structure. As a result of the formation of spaces, two main communication links are formed, which separate the work process and public access.
The promenade is the unifying factor of work processes, on which all possible processes are strung and which at the same time serves as a recreation area for employees. The internal gallery is the space that limits the contact of visitors, guests with internal work processes.
PUBLIC AVAILABILITY. Visitor contact with the workflow
One of the main factors in the organization of the workspace is the organization of a comfortable and productive work process, preventing chaos during the stay of guests. The guest, wich entering the office, has easy access to the meeting rooms without interfering with the work process.
WORKING PROCESSES
The work processes are divided into five zones of 24-36 tables and the total number of seats - 152. It is also provided that each zone is divided into smaller working groups by means of perforated partitions made of perforated mesh. Convenient and organized location of workplaces ensures efficient performance in the open space.
There are the feeling of privacy and comfort in the workplace appears with the help of partitions.
PROMENADE. Recreation and leisure.
Leisure areas are formed from areas with play tables and upholstered furniture, which create a cozy space. The kitchen area, as well as the promenade that connects the recreation areas, forms a connection with all other spaces and acts as a running / walking path or a place for skating / rollerblading / scootering. The combination of kitchen and living space allows you to ensure a comfortable stay in it.
OPTIONS FOR TRANSFORMING PREMISES FOR MEETINGS AND NEGOTIATIONS
Possibility of transformation of premises for negotiations by means of sliding partitions providing increase in space if necessary. The glass construction of the partition also performs the function of sound insulation, thus creating a convenient and comfortable space for negotiations and meetings.
LIGHTING OPTIONS
Open lighting symbolizes the connection of all processes that interact in this space. Pipes also serve as a guide that leads people along the office. In addition, the level of comfort is increased by warm and soft adjustable lighting.
